Macarena Penny Yrigoyen is a music industry professional specializing in artist management, music industry projects, instructional design, and educational innovation.
She has more than ten years of international experience in artist management, large-scale event production, educational service design, and the development of innovation initiatives, working with organizations across the cultural, music, and education sectors in Europe and Latin America.
She holds a Master’s degree in Customer Experience and Innovation from IE Business School (Spain) and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry Management from BIMM University (United Kingdom). She has also contributed to the instructional design and co-creation of the content for this program, working in collaboration with lawyers and other professionals specializing in music law and the music business.
During the course, her role will be to support participants throughout their learning journey, answer questions related to the academic content, and provide guidance when needed to help ensure the smooth and effective completion of the program.
